7-Donnalife exp jan 2017 4 boxes of 3 capsules
8-fibrosol 5g exp apr 2017 30 sachets
9-hirudoid cream 14g exp mar 2017 1 tube
10-Ironyl exp oct 2016 more than 100 tablets
11-Retin active exp apr 2017 4 boxes of 3 capsules
12-soragel oral exp nov 2017 1 tube
For items 1 to 6, as they are prescription only medicine, please let me know -
1-your name and email address
2-who the medicine is for
3-I will need recent proof that the person stated is indeed taking the medicine eg prescription, patient medicine bag label etc
