Bottomline is this:
- it's the sole discretion of the person making the offer whether to provide a number or not
- it's the sole discretion of the person making the offer what information s/he wants from a prospective recipient to enable her / him to decide who to give the item/s to
- if a prospective recipient doesn't like the terms, please assume you're not best suited to receive the item and move on]

Well if Rachel is the one giving it away rather than taking it, I think she has a right to ask for your number and stipulate the time. Besides, you've also asked many questions, so she probably got tired of them. Tbh I don't think it's fair to do this to her.
Asked her for contact number then she refused and asked for mine. After leaving contact number, no email or sms acknowledgement. Basically, she just stated a time and expect you to be there. You do not have her phone number, will you turn up? Never seen a SgFreecycler like that.
