Come with keys. Workable lock. 
You have to find your own carpenter to fix it. 

Issue 2
I hope Singaporeans understand English. WeChat or Line ID to correspond. 

Please don't give me your handphone number or Whatsapp number. 

Reasons: 
1. For Whatsapp, it is troublesome for me to save your number in my contact list and message you.
2. I wish to keep my handphone number private.
