MUMMY PIES HALLOWEEN
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
14.1 oz pkg piecrusts
2 1/4 cups mixed berries
1/2 cup berry jam
1 tbs cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
16 candy eyes
Cut eight 4" circles from dough, press in greased cupcake pan. Cut strips from scraps. In processor, pulse next 3 ingredients 5 times, spoon into crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Let cool. Place strips on tarts. Add candy eyes after baking. Bake 10 min. Dust with powdered sugar. Let cool. Remove from pan. SERVE & ENJOY...
