ALMOND CREAM BROWNIES
MAKES 18 SERVINGS.
12 tbs salted butter
2 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, microwave butter and 1 1/2 cups chocolate 1 min. Stir until smooth. Add eggs. Stir in last 5 ingredients. Pour batter into 2 greased foil lined 8" baking pans. Bake 22 min. or until done. Let cool. Cut into squares. Garnish with sliced almonds and whipped cream. SERVE & ENJOY...
