These are Andrew Collinge Ceramic Twirl and Curl tongs; they have a ceramic coated barrel and feature high and fast heat up, large water reservoir supplying steam on demand, neon power indicator, swivel extra long cable. I've checked that they're in working order. Hope someone can make use of them.
