3. chest drawer or bookcase (prefer IKEA if possible since it is lighther so
mover will not complain too much as I live in walk up apartment wkwkwk)
4. queen size bed with or without matress (prefer IKEA if possible)
5. kettle (not electric)working condition
6. juicer/blender working condition
7. mirror with frame
8. coffeetable
9. steam iron working condition
10. kitchen island (prefer ikea)
11. cooking utensils and other like chopstick, dessert plate, tray
