We have a hutch and run from a bunny who's sadly passed away (presumed old age!). The hutch sits on top of the run and they make a great combination.
The run measures 6 foot by 4 foot 3 (1.83 x 1.30 m, if you're fully metric). The hutch sits above the run along one long side, and goes up to 3 foot 6 high; the run itself is about half that in height. There's a ladder for the bunnies to climb up into their penthouse suite.
The whole thing is under 2 years old, but inevitably has a certain "lived-in" character!
