I have a PVCu window sill which has never been used. It still has the stick cover seal on it displaying the manufacturer - "euro cell - the complete solution".
It is 1.95 metres long and is suitable for a double glazed window unit. I cant comment on the moulding underneath which may or may not be appropriate for your window, but is probably a standard fit.
Collection asap as it is one of several items I am seeking to remove from my garage.
