[SimplifyMe] Who knows of some great makeup tips?

 

I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on makeup...eyeliner, cosmetics, etc. Going for a new look. I do this about 3-4 times a year, pamper myself; I deserve it, I have a stressful job.

What are your great makeup tips?
