Flathead screwdriver
Newspaper
Damp cloth
White spray paint
Tape measure
Scissors
Painters tape
Cardboard
Thick black permanent marker
X-Acto knife and extra blades
Spray glue
Wallpaper
Pencil
Spray primer
Fine grit sandpaper
Wood framed mirror

Using screwdriver, remove mirror from frame, set aside. On a newspaper covered surface, lightly sand mirror frame, wipe frame with damp cloth. Place frame facedown, spray with primer and let dry. Flip frame over and repeat. Repeat process with white spray paint. Dividing frame into four sections, top, bottom, and sides, measure length and width of each section, measure and cut pieces of wallpaper.
-Starting with one section, cover frame edges with painters tape. Spray glue onto frame section, lightly place corresponding wallpaper piece onto frame, aligning it with the inside edge of frame. Smooth from center outward to remove any wrinkles. Let dry. Repeat with remaining sections, covering finished sections with painters tape to protect them from spray glue. Remove tape. Place frame facedown on cardboard. Using a X-Acto knife, trim wallpaper along edge of mirror. Replace mirror. Line inside edge of frame with marker...
