[SimplifyMe] Easy Pea {Saute}

 

EASY PEA SAUTE
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.

Heat a skillet. Add 1/2 tbs dark sesame oil. Add 1/2 tbs minced peeled ginger to pan, cook 30 seconds. Add 1 cup trimmed sugar snap peas and 1 cup trimmed snow peas. Stir fry 2 min. Add 1/2 tbs rice vinegar and 3/4 tsp soy sauce to pan, cook 30 seconds. Sprinkle with 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds. SERVE & ENJOY...
