[SimplifyMe] Citrus Glazed {Pork}

 

CITRUS GLAZED PORK
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.

1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbs oil
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 tsp five spice powder
1 cup bulgur
2 tbs minced green onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Heat a skillet. Add oil. Add pork, cook to brown. Brush pork with half of marmalade mixture. Place pan in oven, bake 18 min. or until done, basting with remaining marmalade. Place pork on a cutting board, reserve sauce in pan. Let pork rest 5 min. cut into 12 slices. *BRING broth, cranberries, five spice powder, and salt to a boil in a pan, stir in bulgur. Remove from heat, let stand 15 min. Fluff. Stir in green onions. Place 3 pork slices on each of 4 plates, top each serving with 2 tbs sauce. SERVE each with bulgur mixture & ENJOY...
