CREAMY CAULIFLOWER
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 cups half and half
3 oz grated Fontina cheese
3 tbs Dijon mustard
2 tbs flour
1 1/2 tbs horseradish
6 cups cauliflower florets, steamed
2 tbs butter
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
In pan, whisk first 5 ingredients until smooth. Fold in florets, season. In skillet, melt butter, toss with breadcrumbs until golden. Sprinkle on cauliflower. SERVE & ENJOY...
