COOL RANCH POPCORN
MAKES 8 CUPS.
1 tbs oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
4 tbs unsalted butter, melted
In a pan, stir together oil and popcorn kernels. Cover, cook until you hear kernels begin to pop. Cook until popping slows. Remove from heat, let stand until popping stops. Drizzle popcorn with butter, mix to coat. Stir in 3 tsp buttermilk powder, 1 1/2 tsp parsley, 3/4 tsp onion powder, 3/4 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp chili powder, and 1/4 tsp dill. SERVE & ENJOY...
