[SimplifyMe] Seedy Pepperoni {Popcorn}

 

SEEDY PEPPERONI POPCORN
MAKES 8 CUPS.

1 tbs oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1/2 tsp salt

In a pan, stir together oil and popcorn kernels. Cover, cook until you hear kernels begin to pop. Cook until popping slows. Remove from heat, let stand until popping stops. Drizzle popcorn with butter, mix to coat. Sprinkle with salt. In a skillet, toast 3/4 cup each pumpkin seeds and cashews, transfer to a bowl. Add 1/2 cup halved pepperoni slices to skillet, cook until crispy. Add to bowl along with 1 1/2 tsp chili powder and 3/4 tsp cumin. Mix with popcorn. SERVE & ENJOY...
