MEATY DEVILED-EGGS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Hard boil 12 eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbs horseradish, and 1 tsp mustard. Season. Spoon into egg whites, top with horseradish, strips of roast beef and chopped chives. SERVE & ENJOY...
