DEVILED EGGS WITH TUNA-SALAD
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Hard boil 12 eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and 1 tsp mustard. Season. Stir in 1 drained 5 oz can tuna and 1/4 cup each chopped celery, pickles, and parsley. Spoon into egg whites, top with celery leaves. SERVE & ENJOY...
