DEVILED EGGS WITH HAM-SALAD
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Hard boil 12 eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a bowl. Pulse yolks with 1 cup diced ham and 1 chopped celery stalk in a processor or blender until combined. Add 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbs chopped chives, and 1 tsp mustard. Season. Pulse until incorporated. Spoon into egg whites, top with sliced pickles and cubes of ham. SERVE & ENJOY...
