CITRUS VEGGIE DIP
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 cup spinach
1 cup cilantro
1 cup canned white beans
1 cup diced avocado
1 clove garlic
1 lime, zested, juiced
In processor or blender, puree first 5 ingredients until smooth. Stir in 1 tbs lime juice and 1 tsp lime zest. Season. SERVE with cut up vegetables & ENJOY...
