SALAD & GRILLED FISH
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
2 tbs each lemon juice and Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire
3 tbs oil
Salt and Pepper
1/2 bulb fennel, cored, sliced
1 bunch radishes, sliced
1 bread baguette
1 1/4 pound piece skinless fish fillet, cut into 4 pieces
1 head lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat grill. In a bowl, whisk together juice, mustard, Worcestershire, 2 tbs oil, salt and pepper. Add fennel and radishes, toss. *Brush baguette with remaining oil. Season fish with salt and pepper, grill until opaque. Grill bread until lightly toasted. *Place lettuce wedges on plates, spoon radish fennel mixture over top, sprinkle with Parmesan. SERVE with fish and bread & ENJOY...
