LIME BERRY CAKE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 pkg white cake mix
2 cups blueberries
3/4 cup cream cheese
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 limes, zested, juiced
16 oz pkg vanilla frosting
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 round cake pans. Prepare cake mix, stir in 1 cup blueberries. Divide batter among pans. Bake 15 min. or until done. Let cool. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, zest and 1/2 cup lime juice. Beat until smooth. Chill 1 hour. *Place one cake layer on platter, spread half the cream cheese mixture over first layer. Cover with second cake layer. Spread with remaining cream cheese mixture. Cover with third layer. Spread top and sides with frosting. Garnish with berries. SERVE & ENJOY...
