[SimplifyMe] Honey Glazed {Salmon}

 

HONEY GLAZED SALMON
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.

1/2 tsp pepper
8 salmon fillets
2 tbs honey
2 tbs white wine or chicken broth
1 tbs minced oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Combine vinegar, broth, mustard, honey, garlic and oil in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook until thickened. Place salmon skin side down on a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon glaze over salmon, top with oregano. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 min. or until fish flakes easily, then SERVE...
