PLUM SAUCE PORK-CHOPS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
4 pork chops
6 tbs oil
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tbs rosemary, chopped
1 tbs Worcestershire
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 pound plums, chopped
1/2 onion, minced
1/2 cup basil leaves, torn
1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
Heat a grill. Season chops. In a dish, combine 4 tbs oil, 2 tbs vinegar, rosemary, Worcestershire, and garlic. Add chops. In a bowl, combine remaining oil, vinegar, and sugar. Toss dressing with plums, onion, basil, and mint, season. Grill chops until done. Divide chops among plates, top with plum sauce. SERVE & ENJOY...
