PEANUT-BUTTER PIE WITH BERRIES
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 oz cream cheese
7.5 oz jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
9" graham cracker crust
6 oz container raspberries, any kind of berries would work
2 tbs raspberry jam, warmed
Beat peanut butter with cream cheese, then marshmallow cream. In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff, fold into marshmallow mixture. Fill crust. Top with berries, drizzle with jam. Refrigerate 3 hours. SERVE & ENJOY...
