BRUSSELS-SPROUTS SALAD
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
1/2 cup sliced onion
5 tbs olive oil
2 1/2 tbs red wine vinegar
12 oz Brussels sprouts, chopped
1/2 cup parsley leaves
1/3 cup crumbled cheese
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
Toss onion with 4 tbs oil and vinegar. In skillet, wilt sprouts in 1 tbs oil. Toss all ingredients, season. SERVE & ENJOY...
