FRUIT SALSA CHOPS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
6 pork chops
3 tbs grill rub
1/4 cup steak and chop marinade
14 oz pkg peach mango salsa
2 tbs minced chives
Heat grill. Rub chops with grill rub, coat with cooking spray. Grill chops until done, brushing with marinade. In bowl, stir together salsa and chives. SERVE with chops & ENJOY...
