AVOCADO SALAD
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
Whisk 3 tbs oil with 1 tbs each lemon juice and soy sauce in a bowl. Add 1 bunch trimmed watercress, 4 oz sliced mushrooms, and 2 chopped avocados, season, toss. Top with canned fried onions. SERVE & ENJOY...
