PEACH PIE MINIS
MAKE AS MANY AS YOU WANT.
TO MAKE THESE LITTLE PEACH PIES---cut a 5" round of pie dough, press into muffin pan cup. Place a pitted peach half, cut side up, in muffin cup, top with a thin slice of butter, sprinkle with sugar. Top with a 3 1/2" round of dough, then crimp top and bottom crusts together. Pierce top, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar, bake at 350 degrees until golden 35 min. SERVE & ENJOY...
