MASON-JAR PASTA SALAD
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
2 tbs minced oregano
2 tbs minced parsley
2 tbs minced green onions
1 lemon, zested, juiced
4 cups cooked small shell pasta
1 cup sliced red bell peppers
12 oz can tuna, packed in water, drained
8 cups torn lettuce leaves
In bowl, mix first 4 ingredients, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp lemon zest, stir in pasta. Divide pasta among four mason jars. Divide remaining ingredients among jars, layering as desired, close jars. SERVE & ENJOY...
