[SimplifyMe] Fruit Flaxseed {Hot-Cereal}

 

FRUIT FLAXSEED HOT-CEREAL
MAKES 1 SERVING.

1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana, sliced
1/4 cup quinoa
1 tsp whole flaxseeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs dried fruit
1 1/2 tsp slivered almonds

In a pan, combine milk, banana, quinoa, flaxseeds, cinnamon and 2 tbs water. Cook until quinoa is tender. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon, fruit and almonds. SERVE & ENJOY...
