DELICIOUS GUACAMOLE BURGERS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
2 avocados, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 tbs oil
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 hamburger buns, toasted
Lettuce, tomato, onion
In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and juice of lime. Season with salt and pepper. Divide meat into 4 portions, form each into a burger. Make indentation in center of burgers. Season burgers with salt and pepper. *Heat grill. Brush burgers with oil. Grill until done. Top each with a slice of cheese during last minute of cooking. Place burgers on bun bottoms, top each with lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices and avocado mixture. Cover with bun tops. SERVE & ENJOY...
