SALAMI PEPPER PASTA
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
8 oz pasta
3 tbs oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 tsp rosemary
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbs red wine vinegar
2 oz salami, sliced
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, reserving 3/4 cup pasta water. In skillet, cook next 4 ingredients 7 min. Stir in remaining ingredients and pasta water, cook 2 min. Season. SERVE & ENJOY...
