ROAST BEEF PARTY SANDWICHES
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 stick butter
3 1/2 tbs minced onion
3 tbs chopped parsley
8 small rolls
8 slices roast beef
Lettuce
In processor, pulse butter, onion, and parsley until smooth, season. Spread on rolls. Top roll bottoms with beef and lettuce, add roll tops. SERVE with pickles & ENJOY...
