[SimplifyMe] Beef Mole Stew {SlowCooker}

 

BEEF MOLE STEW SLOWCOOKER
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2 SERVINGS.

2 tbs each Mexican seasoning, diced jalapenos, and tomato paste
1/4 cup each sesame seeds and ancho chile powder
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup chopped onions
4 cups beef broth
1 tbs chopped garlic
1 tsp dried Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 oz dark chocolate, chopped
Warm flour tortillas

In slowcooker, combine beef and onions. Sprinkle with Mexican seasoning. In a bowl, whisk broth, seeds, jalapenos, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, chile powder and cinnamon until combined. Pour into slowcooker, stir to combine. Cook on high 6 hours. During last hour of cooking, add chocolate. Stir before serving. SERVE with tortillas & ENJOY...
