HOT FUDGE EASTER SUNDAES
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
2 tbs each light corn syrup and unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint vanilla ice cream
ASSORTED EASTER CANDIES---Peeps, malted milk eggs and Jordan almonds, toasted coconut
In saucepan, heat cream, chocolate, corn syrup and butter until butter and chocolate melt. Stir in sugar, bring to a boil. Lower heat, simmer, until thickened. Remove from heat, mix in vanilla, cool slightly. In 2 glasses, layer fudge sauce and ice cream. Top with candies, sprinkle with coconut, then SERVE...
