TACO PIZZA---Taco flavored biscuit pizza with toppings.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 envelope taco seasoning
12 oz can buttermilk biscuits
10.75 oz can tomato soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup water
TOPPINGS---
2.25 oz can sliced olives, drained
1 cup salsa
2 cups torn lettuce
Green onions
1 cup sour cream
2 tomatoes, chopped
Cook beef in a skillet until no longer pink, drain. Stir in soup, water and taco seasoning, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 3 min. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, set aside. Remove beef mixture from heat, stir in biscuits. Transfer to an ungreased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 min. or until biscuits are golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese, bake 10 min. longer or until cheese is melted. SERVE with toppings...
