10 oz bag frozen cubed winter squash
1 tbs butter
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper
2 apples, sliced
3 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs Dijon mustard
4 thin cut bone in pork chops
Snip through fatty edges of pork chops in a few places to prevent curling in the pan. Season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard, then coat with breadcrumbs. In a skillet, heat oil. Add pork chops and cook until browned, 8 min. In a skillet, melt butter. Add apples and cook until crisp tender, 3 min. Add squash and 1/4 cup water, season with salt and pepper.
