When it comes to holidays, I find it MORE important to wish people a SAFE Holiday, than a HAPPY Holiday. My thought is if it's safe, then you will be happy.
I remind family and friends to not be a statistic on Holiday weekends. The news is always so nice to tell us how many people are expected to die as a result of accidents on holiday weekends.
I have know and have heard of people dying over holidays weekends and usually it is not their fault. A drunk driver killed them, involved in other types of traffic accidents, or just other accidents PERIOD. People are too busy having fun to remember to be safe and to be careful. Accidents happen, please pay attention most especially on holiday weekends.
Enjoy yourself, but please have a SAFE 4th of July weekend and don't be a statistic! :)
