| BAKED FRIES Makes 8 servings. These are good and healthy because they are baked and not fried, I enjoyed them dipped in Ranch dressing but ketchup or whatever you like would work too. Enjoy! Salt and Pepper to taste 8 sprigs thyme, picked from stems 6 potatoes, any type 5 tbs olive oil 6 cloves garlic Heat oven to 450°. Place whole potatoes, do not poke, into microwave covered dish. Microwave on high 4 min. Let cool. Cut each potato lengthwise to desired size. In a bowl, toss potatoes with garlic cloves, oil and thyme and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. -Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
