Microwave 2 bags 12 oz each steam in bag green beans separately for 4 min. each, then let sit 2 min. before removing from microwave, drain beans and set aside. -Place 1/4 cup pine nuts on a plate and microwave for 3 min. or until lightly toasted, set aside. -Heat 1 tbs oil in a skillet. Cook 2 garlic cloves, minced, 30 seconds. Add 3 shallots, thinly sliced, to pan cook 2 min. Stir in green beans, 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper, cook until heated through. -Remove from heat, stir in 1/4 cup reduced fat red wine vinaigrette, sprinkle with pine nuts. SERVE immediately... |
