ZESTY GREEN-BEANS WITH OLIVES
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tbs olive oil
1 pound green beans
15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp minced thyme
1/4 cup pitted sliced olives
In skillet, combine first 6 ingredients, cook until green beans are slightly tender and broth has evaporated. Stir in thyme and olives. Season. SERVE warm or at room temp & ENJOY...
