HERB CHICKEN WITH SAUCE
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 oz tub concentrated chicken stock
2 tbs chopped herbs, any kinds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cooked chicken
In bowl, combine vinegar, stock, herbs, garlic, and 1/2 cup water. Microwave 1 min. Heat grill. Brush chicken with sauce, grill until heated. SERVE with remaining sauce & ENJOY...
