ICE-CREAM CAKE WITH MALT-BALLS
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
11.25 oz pkg brownie bites
28 oz pkg vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup malted milk powder
1 1/2 cups chopped malted milk balls
1 1/2 cups hot fudge sauce
In processor, pulse brownie bites until crumbs form. Press into bottom of greased 8" springform pan. Freeze. In bowl, combine ice cream and malted milk powder until smooth. Stir in malted milk balls. Transfer mixture to pan, freeze 4 hours. Spread fudge sauce on top. Freeze 15 min. unmold. Let sit 5 min. before slicing. SERVE & ENJOY...
