EASY TOMATO TART
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 sheet puff pastry
Flour
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sugar
Salt and Pepper
2 tbs chopped chives
12 oz small tomatoes, halved
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold pastry onto a floured piece of parchment, roll out into a 9x11" rectangle. Score 1/2" from edge, all the way around. Slide pastry on parchment onto a baking sheet. Poke the middle all over, bake until golden 25 min. Cool. *Combine cream cheese, sour cream, zest, juice, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl, beat until smooth, stir in chives. Spread over crust. Arrange tomatoes on top, season, top with chives. SERVE & ENJOY...
