CHEESY BREAKFAST BAKE
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
2 1/2 cups milk
8 eggs
2 tbs mustard
1 loaf French bread, sliced
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz sliced ham
1 tbs snipped chives
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. *Arrange half of bread in baking dish. Pour half of milk mixture over bread, sprinkle with half of cheddar. Top with ham, then repeat layering. Chill 1 hour. *Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 50 min. or until golden and custard is set. Let stand 5 min. before SERVING & ENJOY...Garnish with chives.
