BAKED S'MORES SWEET SPICY
MAKES 16 BARS.
1 stick unsalted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Two 3.5 oz dark chocolate bars
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8" square baking dish with parchment. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla together in a bowl until fluffy. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cracker crumbs, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir into butter mixture until combined. *Spread 2/3 of the batter into pan. Lay 2 chocolate bars across the dough. Spread marshmallow fluff over chocolate, crumble remaining dough over top. Bake until set 30 min. Cool before cutting into 16 bars. SERVE & ENJOY...
