SALAD IN MASON-JARS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
1 cup salad dressing
2 tbs orange juice
2 pint strawberries, sliced
8 cups lettuce, torn
2 cups diced Swiss cheese
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup toasted pecans
2 tbs sliced mint leaves
In bowl, combine dressing and orange juice, divide among four 1 liter jars. Divide strawberries, lettuce, Swiss, cranberries, pecans, and mint among jars, layering as desired, close jars. SERVE & ENJOY...
