ASSORTED FRUIT TART
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, diced
1 egg
8 oz pkg cream cheese
6 tbs lemon curd
1 orange, zested, juiced
2 cups mixed berries and nectarines
In processor or blender, pulse flour and sugar 3 times. Add butter, pulse 5 times. Add egg and 2 tbs ice water, pulse until dough forms large crumbs. Shape dough into a disk. Roll out dough disk between 2 sheets of wax paper to 10 1/2" circle. Arrange dough in tart pan. Chill 30 min. *Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake crust 20 min. or until done. Cool. Beat cream cheese, lemon curd, 3 tbs orange juice, and 1 tsp orange zest until smooth, spread in crust. Top with fruit. Chill until ready to SERVE & ENJOY...
