YUMMY CHEDDAR COINS
MAKES 3 DOZEN COINS.
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup shredded Cheddar
1 tbs cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
10 tbs butter
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment. Mix first 6 ingredients until combined. Add butter, blend until dough comes together. Pat into disk, wrap in plastic, freeze 15 min. *Roll dough to 1/4". Cut out coins using 1 1/2" round cutter, place on cookie sheet. Bake 17 min. or until golden. Cool. SERVE & ENJOY...Store in container at room temp up to 2 days or freeze up to 1 month.
